ANNOUNCEMENT
Regarding the selection of scientific research topicsof the KOICA-VNUA Project in 2024
Pursuant to Decision No. 13/KOICA-VNUA dated 15/08/2022 of the Korean Management Board of the Project “Training capacity building program for Vietnam National University of Agriculture to improve human resources in Vietnam’s livestock industry” on guiding the procedures for registration, selection and management of research results of scientific research topics in Components 3-5;
In order to select and approve scientific research topics in Component 3-5: Vietnam-Korea Joint Research of the Project “Improving training capacity for Vietnam National University of Agriculture to improve human resources in Vietnam’s livestock industry”, the Project Management Board proposes candidates to propose scientific research topics. Specifically, as follows:
1. Time to receive proposals
From 2024, December 24th to 2025, January 22nd
2. Location to receive proposals
VKLI Institute, Room 110, Center for Research Excellence and Innovation, Vietnam National University of Agriculture.
3. (General Project) The candidate’s scientific research topic
(Budget: 726,000,000 VND)
The candidate’s scientific research topic (hereinafter referred to as the topic) is a project with a research scope at the level and scale of the project with the following objectives:
3.1. Orientation for the development of Vietnam’s livestock industry in the future.
3.2. Removing outstanding difficulties in the field of livestock, raising income for farmers.
3.3. Promote the creation of added value in the livestock sector in Vietnam and promote technology transfer to businesses.
3.4. Strengthen the research capacity of candidates through the implementation of joint research between Vietnam and Korea.
– The topic must be related to the fields of Animal Husbandry or in the direction of serving the components of the KOICA-VNUA Project.
– 1 (one) person in charge (project leader), the remaining candidates and 1 (one) Korean expert will be selected by the Project to participate in the project.
– The project implementation time shall not exceed 12 months from the date of approval of the project. The project is extended 1 time for no more than 6 months.

5. Funding for conducting research
